Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
  • Identify hiring needs and work with department managers to define job requirements and qualifications
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessment centers.
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and databases.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes to senior management.
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
  • Develop and update recruitment policies and procedures as needed.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from a reputable university 
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years experience as an HR Manager  in recruitment preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
