Yara Ghana seeks a customer service specialist to join their digital team. The role will be headquartered in our Accra headquarters and report to the Digital Retail Solutions Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Crop and Digital Solutions in implementing and scaling new on-farm digital and integrated tools and solutions
- Work closely with and support the Digital Enablers, to feed data into the solution backend system
- Communicate with customers with a strong brand voice and address their enquiries and issues through Zendesk
- Manage and update the customer-facing knowledge base and help desk content
- Assist in communication between the Performance Marketing Campaign team and the respective Product Owners for technical issues

Profile:
Applicants must have the following requirements:
- A university degree in business related studies
- A minimum of 3 years work experience in a customer service or customer support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Fluency in some local languages will be a plus
- Proficient in the use of Excel and other tools such as Power BI dashboards for data analysis
