Customer Support Specialist At Yara Ghana

Yara Ghana seeks a customer service specialist to join their digital team. The role will be headquartered in our Accra headquarters and report to the Digital Retail Solutions Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Crop and Digital Solutions in implementing and scaling new on-farm digital and integrated tools and solutions
  • Work closely with and support the Digital Enablers, to feed data into the solution backend system
  • Communicate with customers with a strong brand voice and address their enquiries and issues through Zendesk
  • Manage and update the customer-facing knowledge base and help desk content
  • Assist in communication between the Performance Marketing Campaign team and the respective Product Owners for technical issues

Profile:

Applicants must have the following requirements:

  • A university degree in business related studies
  • A minimum of 3 years work experience in a customer service or customer support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Fluency in some local languages will be a plus
  • Proficient in the use of Excel and other tools such as Power BI dashboards for data analysis
