Roles and Responsibilities
1. Product Data Entry and Management:
- Upload and manage product listings on the Shopify platform.
- Ensure all product details (descriptions, prices, images, and specifications) are accurate and complete.
- Regularly update product information to reflect changes in inventory, pricing, and promotions.
2. Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all product listings are accurate and free of errors.
- Verify that images, descriptions, and other product details meet the company’s standards.
3. SEO Optimization:
- Implement SEO best practices in product titles, descriptions, and tags to improve search visibility.
4. Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and update product availability on the website.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels are reflected online.
5. Category Management:
- Organize products into appropriate categories and collections for easy navigation.
- Regularly review and update categories to improve user experience and sales performance.
6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align product listings with promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to address product-related inquiries and issues.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- Location Requirement: Applicants should be residents of or situated near Lakeside Estate, Ashaley Botwe, Madina, Adenta, Legon, and surrounding areas to facilitate easy commuting and availability for work
