For this reason, we are looking for a DMS-SFA Application Support who will collaborate with our DMS-SFA Application Lead to drive excellence and passion in our Sales organization while also supporting our internal DMS and IT Team.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze reports with regards to DMS-SFA utilization.
- Support the DMS team through collaboration with
monitoring DMS-SFA solutions. - Assist in maintaining updated database masters and correct mapping of Sales and Products Hierarchy.
- Assist in seamless functioning and deployment of DMS-SFA Application.
- Provide time-bound resolution of issues to ensure
smooth functioning of DMS-SFA Application.
Education And Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field is required.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and other analytical software.

- Minimum working experience of 2 years in IT or Application Support.
- Strong proficiency in Sales Automation Application
DMS-SFA. - Knowledge in Sales and Distribution process will be an added advantage.
