This opportunity is for high performing university graduates with a minimum of second class upper degree from a fully accredited university looking to begin a career in banking.
Qualification
A graduate with a minimum of a second class upper division from any university acceptable to the bank, a maximum age of 24 years for Bachelor degree holders and 26 years for graduates with a law degree.
A graduate with a minimum of a second class lower from a university acceptable to the bank and a Masters’ degree from top tier Universities acceptable to the Bank. Age limit is 27 years.

Your career journey with us starts with a 19-week intensive training program at the School of Banking Excellence (Lagos), giving you an opportunity to be trained with other high calibre applicants from other subsidiaries.
How much is an access bank entry level salary?
The Graduate Trainee Salary at Access Bank is ₦43,000 per month and ₦516,000 per year.
Executive Trainees at Access Bank earn between ₦230,000 and ₦2,760,000 per year.
The annual salary ranges from ₦237,000 and ₦2,844,000 for entry-level employees at Access Bank.
