SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of finishing techniques and materials.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
REQUIREMENT
- Education: Minimum HND in Building Technology, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of Seven (7) years of experience in construction with at least Four (4) years in a supervisory role focused on finishing work.
