Job Purpose
A leading hotel in Ghana is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive its sales strategy across various revenue-generating outlets, including rooms, events, and food & beverage services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing the hotel’s sales and marketing plan, monitoring progress against key performance indicators, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving revenue, enhancing brand positioning, and expanding market share
- Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with the General Manager and Head Office.
- Responsible for brand management, oversee digital marketing and client relationships, ensuring the hotel maintains its luxury image
- Identify new market opportunities.
- Manage online presence, promotional materials, and social media engagement.
- Coordinate client entertainment, site inspections, and represent the hotel at various events.
- Ensure all client communications are tracked and maintained.

Required Skills or Experience
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in marketing within the hospitality industry.
- Strong digital marketing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
- Proven track record in achieving commercial success.
