Job Title: Pre-School/ Nursery/ Primary/ JHS Teachers/ Subject Teachers (Social Studies, Career Technology, Creative Arts, French, Asante Twi etc.)

Job Description:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Pre-School/ Nursery/ Primary/ JHS Teachers/ Subject Teachers (Social Studies,Career Technology, Creative Arts, French, Asante Twi, etc.) to join our school. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for providing quality education and fostering a positive learning environment for learners/ students. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine interest in the holistic development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Delivery:

Develop lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with the Ghanaian school and British Curriculum.
Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance student understanding and participation.

2. Student Assessment:

Regularly assess and evaluate student progress using appropriate assessment tools and techniques.
Provide constructive feedback to students and their parents/guardians on academic performance and areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and assessment results.

3. Classroom Management:

Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
Establish and enforce classroom rules and behaviour expectations to ensure a positive and disciplined atmosphere.
Manage student behaviour effectively and implement appropriate disciplinary measures when necessary.

4. Parent and Stakeholder Engagement:

Foster strong relationships with parents/guardians, keeping them informed about student progress, achievements, and areas requiring attention.
Collaborate with colleagues, school administrators, and support staff to promote effective teamwork and a positive school culture.
Participate in parent-teacher conferences, school events, and meetings as required.

Qualification Required & Experience

Bachelor’s degree/ Diplomat in Education or a relevant field.
Teaching certification or qualification from a recognized institution.
Proven experience teaching primary school students, preferably in a similar educational setting.
Excellent knowledge of the Ghanaian primary school, British curriculum and teaching methodologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young learners.
Ability to effectively manage a classroom, maintain discipline, and create a positive learning environment.
