Job Summary

Responsibilities

Provide input into department’s goal setting process;
Audit financial transactions and resolving discrepancies;
Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance;
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status;
Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options;
Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results;
Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process;
Plan, assign, and review staff’s work as well as managing colleagues;
Prepare financial statements and provide budget according to schedule;
Communicate with Management on work status and client issues that arise;
Ensure timely bank payments and Reconcile accounts payable and receivable;
Preparing and reporting financial data on monthly, quarterly and yearly bases;
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information;
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary;
Comply with financial policies, regulations, statutory obligations and providing tax planning services;
Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information;
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls;
Initiate, Review and maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures;
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and generally accepted accounting procedures;
Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and other reports periodically.
