Complete Farmer is seeking a results-driven Accounts Manager to join our sales team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the management of customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.
As Accounts Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in account management or sales roles, preferably in the agriculture or agritech industry
- Relevant certifications
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, as well as acquiring new clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic account plans, outlining objectives, strategies, and action plans to achieve sales targets
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales opportunities and set realistic targets for the sales team
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking opportunities from lead generation to closure, and providing regular updates to management
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to deliver integrated solutions and maximize client satisfaction
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and account activity, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
