Purpose of the Job
Oversee project delivery from proposal through planning to completion, ensuring projects meet time, budget, and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and track specific projects with deliverables.
- Develop project plans aligning customer needs with company goals.
- Coordinate managers and technical teams throughout project phases.
- Identify resource needs, manage capacity, and oversee software/hardware availability.
- Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality.
- Manage and mentor the project team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including teams, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor project budgets, control costs, and manage financial targets effectively.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans.
- Establish project management processes to uphold quality standards.
- Conduct project reviews and implement improvements.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
- Ensure projects comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Promote continuous improvement within the project team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance project efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
Experience
- Minimum five (5) years as a lead Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects.

- Proficiency in project management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to plan strategically over 3–5 years.

- Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work.
- Site-based role.
