Role Description:
- Candidate must know basic vehicle battery and ignition wiring schematics along with Earthing, Fuse box, etc.
- Candidate must know how to setup wiring for the GPS device installation without cutting the Vehicle’s wire. Should know and understand the installation via couples and Thimble.
- Candidate must have a prior knowledge on the installation of GPS devices in Light and heavy motor vehicles such as Bikes, cars, Trucks and Buses.
- Installation of Fuel Sensor, Temperature Button, SOS button, etc shall be additional benefits.

- Should know how to operate the software/Application on Laptop and Android phone. If needed be, providing the remote session, connecting the device with laptop for troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Vehicle electricals, electronics, Battery system, fuel system for both light and heavy-duty vehicles.

Required Experience:
At least 2 to 5 years’ experience in areas of Account Management, Customer Success.
