Voltic (GH) Limited, a subsidiary of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, is offering a graduate training programme for tertiary graduates interested in national service with a multinational beverage manufacturing corporation.
Voltic is looking for motivated self-starters to join its 2023-2024 training programme. To be effective as a graduate trainee, you must be willing to learn about areas of the organisation that are both internal and external to your department. An exceptional graduate trainee should cultivate positive interactions with staff members and make a lasting impression.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Gathering as much information on the company and participating in on-the-job training wherever possible.
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
- Compiling reports and making presentations to leadership.
- Analyzing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.
- Bringing positive energy into the company, and forming lasting professional relationships with staff.
- Conducting research and assisting your Manager or Supervisor wherever possible.
- Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required.
- Submitting to the GIT training program and evaluation at the end of the graduate program.

- Diploma or Degree in the relevant field.
