The role of the Graphic Designer includes creating designs according to specifications, reporting to the Design Lead and improving design workflow across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Support Design Lead in producing designs across all brand touchpoints

- Pitch creative concepts, understand feedback, and make changes to improve
- Collaborate with various departments to establish design needs
- Create and design materials for digital and print
- Create digital marketing material – primarily for social media
- Update and maintain brand guidelines, and an internal database of designs

Requirements:
- High attention to detail
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign
- Design Portfolio stating your role in the displayed projects (Minimum 2 projects)
- Organizational, Time management and Teamwork skills
- Creativity and Problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English (written and oral)
- Willingness to grow and refine design skills

Nice To Have
- Illustration skills / Experience working in a fast-paced environment / Experience with multi-tasking
projects / Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print & web/mobile design
