A Human Resource Manager (HRM) is needed at Aqua Safari Resort. The role holder will oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes in the resort.
Job Summary:
The candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of the resort’s strategies and objectives
Required Qualification, Experience And Attributes:
You stand a higher chance of getting the role if you have the following:
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- A professional certification and a member of a recognised professional body (CIHRM) etc
- MBA will be an added advantage

Experience
- A minimum of 3 years working experience.
- Working experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage
