Cardinal Namdini Mining Limited is seeking a Human Resources – Performance Management to assist with the management and development of employee performance management processes.
Job Description
- Location: Namdini Gold Mine Site, Bolgatanga

Job Purpose
The incumbent will play a critical role in assisting with the management and development of the employee performance management processes.
This position is responsible for supporting the implementation of performance management systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The incumbent will collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze performance data, support training and development initiatives, and assist in the creation and communication of performance metrics.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the employee performance appraisal and/or key performance indicator (KPI) process, including scheduling, communication, and tracking of performance reviews.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of employee performance management systems (PMS) and tools. This includes being the focal person in the effective utilization of performance management module of the Enterprise Resource Planning software in use in the company (SAGE 300 & Employee Self Service, etc.).
- Ensure that performance management processes are executed efficiently and in alignment with company policies and objectives. This includes the execution of the “bottom-out” policy or any others.
- Prepare and maintain periodic (monthly, quarterly and annual) on performance metric and ad-hoc performance management reports/statistics and back-ups to facilitate decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of performance evaluations and related documentation. This includes collecting and analysing performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Support in the effective implementation of other talent management and employee growth & development initiatives in collaboration with the Training & Development Unit & other departments.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs related to performance management, goal setting, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a point of contact for performance management inquiries from employees and managers and support the development and implementation of employee recognition programs
- Develop dashboards and other visual tools to communicate performance data effectively. This includes the creation and dissemination of communication related to performance management policies and updates.
- Perform any other related duties based on the exigencies of the Company as assigned by the Supervisor.
Required Skills or Experience
Minimum qualification (s)
- Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration/Statistics, Social Sciences or relevant discipline.
- Professional or specialized certificate in Data Analytics, or Human Resource Management with an accredited institution.

Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar position in the mining, manufacturing, technology industry or similar environment.
Knowledge
- General working knowledge of Human Resources functions and data processing issues.
- Good working knowledge of performance management and key performance indicator (KPI) theories, practices, standards and tools.
- Ability to design interactive databases and templates and use data tools for analysis.
- Advanced hands-on working knowledge of Excel modelling & visualization.
- Advanced hands-on working knowledge in data analysis and other database management systems.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
