Duties
- Own and lead the sustainability and the embedding of all IS/IT Infrastructure solutions that has been implemented. S/he is also accountable for the support of these capabilities and solutions. Some of the capabilities and solutions include.
- Achieve all committed Service Level Agreements with the business and with our strategic partners and other vendors.
- Establish a trusted face of Information Systems.
- Daily review of incidents and change tickets logged with the helpdesk to ensure it timely resolution
- The role holder is also responsible for raising and embedding the right capability within the business to sustain the use of the solutions implemented in order to realize the benefits from the investments made.
- Any other task as may be assigned by the I.T Manager
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Knowledge of ISO management systems (ISO45001, 14001).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct safety training and presentations.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Diversity oriented; ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
