There is a new job ad at ECOM Ghana. The service of a Sales Officer is needed at ECOM in Ghana. The incumbent will be reporting to Lalit Ramchandani.
Your responsibilities will include:
Sales activities:
- Ensure daily sales targets are met including target per location and per product
- Coordinate sales activities within assigned area
- Provide after sales support to customers
- Improve customer satisfaction on service delivery
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance in assigned area

Marketing Activities:
- Ensure agreed marketing strategies are implement in the field to the fullest
- Create visibility of the brand to increase customer loyalty, brand recognition and customer satisfaction by ensuring all marketing material are distributed in line with marketing plans
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing communications
Portfolio and Supplier Management:
- Developing and maintaining key supplier relations to constantly improve Crop Doctor margins and service delivery
- Stay on top of market prices and supplier prices for various Crop Doctor product categories to-
- regularly introduce profitable brands to Crop Doctor portfolio
- gain better margins on existing Crop Doctor portfolio
- remove potentially loss making products/ brands from the portfolio

Who we are looking for:
- HND in any business related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales
- Adequate knowledge in rural sales and marketing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Resilient and innovate
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to work
