Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
- The Training Administrator will be responsible for communicating with participants and vendors and assisting with developing the most effective programs and schedules.
- The Training Administrator must be a reliable problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
- He/she must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. The Training Administrator must ensure that our training programs are engaging and run efficiently.

FUNCTIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead discussions in creating and implementing a training calendar
- Act as a point of contact for vendors and participants
- Liaise with Marketing Manager to generate content for both traditional and digital marketing campaigns
- Prepare a proposal for customized training
- Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid
- Book training rooms and ensure they’re properly set up and branded
- Maintain training records (e.g., trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
- Prepare and disseminate material (e.g., training manuals, feedback forms etc.)
- Resolve issues as they arise from both onsite & offsite sessions
- Submit monthly & quarterly reports on training activities and results
- Recommend improvements or new programs
- Ensure participants follow established policies & procedures for both Onsite & Offsite sessions
- Management of all training resources i.e., equipment, manuals etc.
- Management of the training facility and its associated utilities
- Maintain an asset register of training equipment and tools (Assets)

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DUTIES:
- You will be responsible for the following process:
- Management of Commercial Training (onsite & offsite)
- Your responsibility is to follow all the activities outlined in the process to ensure the process’s quality objectives are achieved. Reference the Departmental Manual for information on the process and applicable documentation including standard operating procedures (SOPs), Forms, Guidelines and Checklists.
OHSE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Knowledge of and adherence to all TAGG’s OHS&E procedures
- Follow all safe work procedures, rules, and instructions
- Risk Assessment
- Hazard identification and reporting
- Knowledge of the safe use of all tools and equipment as applicable

Required Skills or Experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Proven experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
- BSc/BA in Business, HR, Psychology or a related field
- A minimum of 2-3 years working experience
