Responsibilities:
The Assistant Floor Supervisors’ core duties involve will include,
- Assisting in ensuring staff comply with health and safety regulations, uphold standards of customer service, and policy.
- • Assisting in providing customer service, answering customer questions, and addressing complaints.
- • Assisting in ensuring all security protocols are followed for the safety of staff and customers.
- • Assisting in ensuring that table settings are set, and reservations are duly noted, stations have their correct mise-en-place as well as faults and defects are reported to maintenance actioned without delay.
- • Assisting in ensuring that all stocks and supplies are timeously requested, and correct stock levels are maintained stored under optimum conditions.
- • Assisting in ensuring regular stocktaking of all operating equipment at specified intervals.
- • Assisting in ensuring effective communication by attending meetings as required and holding staff meetings on a regular basis to impart information
Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in restaurant management or any management-related course from a recognized institution
- Prior experience in a supervisory position in a restaurant
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and can multitask
- Strong customer service skills
REMUNERATION
The selected candidate will be paid a monthly gross salary range of GHS 2000 – GHS 2500, with Service Charge, SSNIT Contribution payment, hospital allowance, staff lunch and other benefits.
