- Job Location: Kwahu, Eastern Region
- Employment Type: Fixed Term (12 months contract)
- Report to: Project Director
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead construction building projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project delivery, exceptional skills, and a deep understanding of the construction industry.

Duties
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure project goals are met within established time and budget constraints.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned with project goals and expectations.
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including site preparation, materials procurement, and trades supervision.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards, building regulations, and project specifications.
- Act as the main point of contact for all parties involved in the project and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, and on time, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical and operational issues, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and updated as necessary.
- Lead project close-out activities, including commissioning, final inspection, and handover to the client

Required Skills or Experience
- Must have a minimum of Seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, building regulations, and project management best practices.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build a positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks effectively, and work under tight deadlines.
Educational Qualification
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional qualification I Project Management, or Construction will be an added advantage
