Role Description

The Marketing Facilitator will develop and deliver training programs on marketing, branding, and social media for artisans, providing support and resources to help them enhance their business outreach and client engagement. This is an on-site role located in Adenta, Accra.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and deliver training programs on basic marketing skills and branding techniques.
  2. Conduct interactive workshops and hands-on training sessions tailored to artisans’ needs.
  3. Develop and update accessible training materials, including presentations and handouts.
  4. Teach effective use of social media platforms to promote artisans’ work and reach clients.
  5. Provide tips on managing social media profiles, posting content, and engaging with followers.
  6. Guide artisans in developing their unique brand identity and marketing strategies.
  7. Assist in crafting compelling marketing messages and visual content.
  8. Offer one-on-one support to address specific marketing challenges and goals.
  9. Assess artisans’ progress through evaluations and feedback sessions.
  10. Prepare reports on training outcomes and participant feedback.
