Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job
Interpreting the clients business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose
Estimating the time required to complete the work and communicating that efficiently
Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research

Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of time
Working with a wide range of media using 2D & 3D software programs including photography and computer aided design
Developing interactive design
Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements and other communication materials

Minimum 3+ years experience in graphic designing field
Strong skills in Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere & after effects)
Strong graphic design and layout skills

Ability to work under pressure
Maintain a good level of communication with team members
Ability to follow design guidelines, standards and best practices
Brilliant layout and typography skills, with a meticulous eye for detail and ability to liaise between print and digital artwork
Skilled designing/animating for paid media
Excellent retouching skills & colour correction
Strong organisation skills ensure you keep a comprehensive, trackable list of jobs and deadlines
Able to give and receive constructive criticism
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements and multimedia design
