Responsibilities
- Menu Planning
- Food preparation
- Equipment maintenance
- Compliance with regulations
- Waste management ie managing food waste and disposal responsibly
- Continuous improvement: staying up-to-date with industry trends and improving catering services accordingly
Required skills and qualifications
- Culinary skiils
- Food safety and hygiene
- Time management
- Physical stamina and attendtion to detail
- Teamwork, problem solving person and be creative
- Minimum qualification must be HND in hospitality management or from professional catering institution
- Having catering experience for minimum 3years
- To be able to work within a specific time frame
- Ability to communicate in more than one language
