Role Objective:
Mission The objective of this position is to support the Country Manager with administrative and executive tasks. As the P.A, you will strive to ensure that the Country Manager’s daily plan goes accordingly, be very proactive with a high customer orientation when dealing with the Country Manager and customers (both internal & external). You will be responsible for handling confidential issues, driving for results whiles managing well your time and flexibility among many others.

Main Functions:
- Proactively Manage and Coordinate Country Manager agenda with top Management (EXCO, KO, etc.)
- Elaborate & conciliate annual calendar for Country Manager, and travels.
- Provides “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the Country Manager ‘s time.
- Triage and manage efficiently emails, reports and calls.
- Draft communications (speeches, internal notes, etc.)
- Draft presentations and reports
- Give support at Open Line occasions and projects in general.
- Book, manage and supervise Country Manager travels (domestic and international), develop itineraries, manage pre and post logistics.
- Plan and execute team meetings, events and off-sites, including the coordination of agendas and materials, budgets, logistics, hospitality and more.
- Negotiation of conditions and fees with airlines, hotels and travel companies
- Manage Country Manage VISAs, expenses, invoices, files and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Educational And Other Specific Training Requirements:
- University degree
- Proficiency in English, Spanish, French or Portuguese languages (Other languages are a plus)
- Advanced User of Microsoft Package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Master or MBA in Office or Business management is a plus.
Areas of Expertise And Years Of Experience:
- Between two (2) and four (4) of proven track experience in same position or similar role with CEO exposure preferably in FMCG industry
- Multi-field business knowledge
- Experience in international, multicultural and matrix environments
