Supervise and coordinate daily receiving operations, ensuring the accurate and timely receipt of goods.
Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and condition, addressing any discrepancies or issues.
Oversee the unloading, unpacking, and organizing of received goods in the warehouse.
Train, mentor, and evaluate receiving staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Maintain accurate records of received goods, including documentation and data entry in the warehouse management system.
Collaborate with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock levels and resolve any discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to receiving staff.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance receiving operations.
Address any issues or concerns related to receiving operations and communicate effectively with relevant departments.

Master’s Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
Minimum 3 years experience as a Warehouse Receiving Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of receiving operations and warehouse management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
