Responsibilities
- To increase our certification user base through targeted Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Ghana
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales alignment and growth
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven sales experience (at least 2 years) in a similar industry
- Strong understanding of the Ghanaian market and business landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
