This multifaceted position requires a blend of technical expertise in ultrasound systems applications along with strong sales and customer relationship skills. Exceptional understanding of ultrasound anatomy with accompanying expertise in the interpretation of ultrasound images. Job Description/Requirements
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers on the installation, operation, and troubleshooting of ultrasound systems.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals to showcase the features and capabilities of our ultrasound solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers, develop sales strategies, and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, radiologists, and purchasing decision-makers.
- Actively promote and sell ultrasound systems and related products/services to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market developments to effectively position our ultrasound solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective customers, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and educational resources to support sales efforts and enhance customer engagement.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to provide onsite support, training, and demonstrations.
- Total understanding of anatomy and physiology dynamics and how they relate to ultrasound imaging

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sonography, Bachelor’s degree in Medical Imaging( Sonography), or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a combined role involving technical support and sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of ultrasound physics, imaging techniques, and clinical applications.
- Has expertise in General Abdominal, OB/GYN, and/or Vascular anatomy examinations
- Proven track record of successful sales performance and achievement of sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to changing schedules.
- Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or equivalent is preferred.
