The Atterbury Trust, based in Stellenbosch, South Africa, has a permanent job vacancy. They are searching for an Administrative Assistant.

The successful candidate will form a central part of a small team and will be in charge of the full administrative functions such as:
- Assisting the team with general administration and projects.
- Communication with suppliers, preparation of payments and record keeping of expenses
- Upkeep of records, registers and reports
- Travelling to suppliers and beneficiaries of the Trust
- Help in the arrangement of functions
Requirements:
- Relevant Degree / Diploma in Business Administration
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Afrikaans and English
- Previous experience with educational youth programmes and/or NPO experience will be
advantageous - Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail and deadline driven
- Hard working and ability to take ownership
- Have a solution orientated approach and good problem-solving skills
- Must have own transport with at least code 8 driver’s licence
Working Circumstances:
The working hours for this position is either 3 full days per week or 5 half-days per week.
