A newly built hospital in the GA South District is seeking to recruit the following person: Matron
Job Summary
- The successful applicant shall be responsible for all professional and other auxiliary nurse in the hospital, preparing their duty schedules as well as leave schedules in accordance with laid down procedures
Qualification Required & Experience
- Must be registered with the Nurses and Midwives Council and be in good standing

- A professional certificate in any subdivision of nursing practice will be an advantage
- Must have a minimum of fifteen years of experience
- Strong leadership, communication, teaching and counseling skills are required
- Skillful negotiator with empathy and emotional intelligence
