Lancashire County Council have an exciting opportunity for a Senior social worker within Adult Social Care in the following Team.
The post on offer:
Role: 2 x Senior Social Worker posts
Service: Hospital Discharge Team
Working pattern will be over 7 days (up to 13 weekends per year), including bank holidays. Enhanced rates of pay for Bank Holidays and weekends worked. Team opening hours are between 8am and 6pm. We ask that applicants are flexible with working patterns.

Salary £38,223 – £43,421 Per annum
