Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person
- Direct customers to online resources.
- Develop a rapport with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support
- Create and maintain reports about customer interactions.
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions.
- By helping customers understand the company’s product and services and answering questions about their reservations.
- Following up complicated customer calls where required.

Qualification, Skills and Experience
- Diploma in Business, Administration or a relevant field
- No less than 2 years of experience in the field of Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications(MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be adept in the use of internet and E-mail.
