A Junior Maintenance Manager is needed At KOA Impact Ghana Limited. We are looking for an innovative and highly-motivated person for the role of Maintenance Manager. (S)he will provide support on all technical issues in the entire operation chain. Success in this role will be attained by using valuable insight into Plan Preventive Maintenance principles, electrical and automation, and mechanical engineering to continuously improve equipment efficiency. The Maintenance Manager will develop, implement, and monitor procedures to maximize the efficiency of production and the facilities. (S)he is expected to show excellent planning, coordination, multi-tasking, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork in executing his/her duties to enhance the productivity of the company and achieve a common organizational target.
Overall Duty
The Maintenance Manager shall oversee the planning, installation, and maintenance of all facilities and equipment in a safe manner. Ensure integrity of equipment, utilities and infrastructure are in optimal conditions for production to mitigate downtime.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, develop and collaborate in the creation and control of technical documentation required and related to the technical and maintenance department and new projects.
- Implement the preventive and corrective programs agreed upon with technical and maintenance management. required to maintain machinery, equipment, and infrastructure in the required conditions to assure product quality and timely operations.

- Ensure machinery, equipment and infrastructure are kept in optimal conditions for safe operation.
- Monitor and address the right use of basic resources such as electricity, water and fuel in the daily production activities observed.
- Implement the preventive and corrective programs agreed upon with the Production and Technical Maintenance departments.
- Responsible for maintenance of machinery, equipment, and infrastructure in the required conditions to assure product quality and timely operations.

- Carry out maintenance activities, according to management approval and instruction.
- Support the projects for new technical integrations.
- Implementation and improvement of energy systems for the company.
- Maintain, develop and collaborate in the creation and control of technical documentation required and related to the technical and maintenance department and new projects.

- Carry out training to operators to ensure proper operation of vehicles, equipment and machinery
- Leading and supporting continuous improvement activities, such as reducing negative environmental impact, and process automation.

Qualification, Skills And Experience
- The Maintenance Manager is expected to have BSc in Mechanical Engineering or MSc in Process, mechanical, electrical or System Engineering or a related field
- A HACCP certification.
- Five (5) years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.

- Experience in a similar industry setting is an advantage
- Solid analytical skills and self-motivation.
