Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Assist in financial analysis and modelling in IB transactions (PF, SCTF, DCM, M&A, etc.) of the assigned Region
JOB CONTEXT
- Work in the execution team on corporate finance and investment banking transactions.
- The incumbent is frequently requested to provide financial reliable information and analysis.KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the preparation of pitch books, proposals, term sheets, mandate letters, memorandums, teasers and marketing materials
- Create financial models and valuation analysis
- Detailed analysis of companies and projects financials
- Assist investors fund raising, advisory services and any other Corporate Finance activities in the cluster.
- Prepare investors’ and lenders’ presentations
- Conduct industry and company research analyses to support deal origination, structuring and execution
- Prepare transaction comparables to support deal structuring and pricing
- Organize deal conference calls and arranging transactions meetings and conferences
- Assist in execution of transaction mandates

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics or related field
- Minimum experience of 2-3 years in investment banking / accounting / private equity
