Based on our experience in procurement and consumables supplies over the past 3 years, Sahel Health is establishing an affiliate to focus on medical supplies and sales to other medical facilities in West and Central Africa, starting with dialysis, dental and orthodontal consumables

Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for building and managing a commercially successful medical supplies business in West and Central Africa;
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with international suppliers of good quality medical suppliers for procurement of supplies for sales to medical facilities;
- Seeking opportunities for Sahel to be the local agent or franchise for reputable medical consumables and equipment suppliers;Establishing and maintaining relationships with medical facilities across the West and Central African region, establishing Sahel as their supplier of choice;
- Negotiating and documenting supplies and sales contracts across the region.
- Monitor performance of supplies activities using key metrics and prepare reports for the Group Managing Director and Owners;

Position Qualifications:
- Education: MBA or equivalent degree.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years’ business executive experience in medical procurement and sales
- Experience managing teams in multiple countries and locations a plus.
- Experience in dialysis or dental/orthodontics consumables .
- Other Qualities: Strong relationship building skills; strong analytical skills; strong contract negotiation and management skills.
Job Location: Accra, Ghana with flexible telecommuting arrangements.
