Job Description
Hollard Life Assurance Ltd is looking for a Partnerships Manager
- Report to: Group CEO
Job Objective
- To oversee agents (i.e., Sales and Business Executives) in partner companies and provide excellent and efficient business development services to stakeholders by cultivating business relationships and retail partnership sales operations as well as support in prospecting/selling Life and General Insurance products to clients under the partnerships.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales objectives, initiatives, strategies, and programs among retail and affinity partnerships salespersons aimed at meeting and exceeding set targets.

- Achieve and exceed growth, sales, and profitability targets for the various retail and affinity partnerships.
- Liaise with partners and provide sales support to Sales Agents at the various partnership centers to prospect for clients and carry out presentations on company’s products and services.
- Facilitate recruitment, train, and monitor the performance of agents in various partnerships.
- Develop and implement effective prospecting techniques to generate warm leads for Sales Executives.
- Ensure exceptional service is provided to clients with speedy claim payments and efficient complaints management.
- Resolve concerns and complaints pertaining to retail and affinity partnerships.
- Ensure partners compliance with corporate governance and company policies and procedures including licensing requirements for Sales Executives.

- Build capacity for agents in the various partnerships to improve performance.
Required Skills or Experience
- University Degree is required.
- A Diploma in Insurance would be an added advantage.
- A minimum of six (6) years’ experience in sales and leading sales teams
- Proven salesperson with a tract record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent prospecting and relationship management skills
