- Recruit, train, coach, mentor, and manage a field-based team of Direct Sales Representatives (DSR) to reach the goals set by M-KOPA.
- DSRs should be carefully watched and evaluated to make sure they meet performance standards.
- Manage the DSR inventory and take care of audit recommendations according to the M-KOPA guidelines for audit resolution.
- Make a sales and marketing plan for the team to make sure weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals are met. Track and analyze how well marketing campaigns are doing.

Experience, Education, And Skills:
- A person with a first degree or a higher national diploma
- Three or more years of experience selling microfinance, insurance, telecommunications, MobileMoney, fast-moving consumer goods, or other products or services in Ghana.
- Excellent skills in selling and negotiating. Able to inspire and lead a team.
- Planning, organization, and the ability to solve problems are important. They also need to be able to present, communicate, coach, and deal with people.
