Position: GA Teacher

A highly reputable basic school in Tema is urgently looking for a dynamic, results-oriented, self-motivated and practicing Christian to fill the position of: GA Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching all areas of the Ghanaian Language curriculum
• Taking responsibility for the progress of pupils
• Organising the classroom and learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive learning environment
• Planning, preparing and presenting lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within the class
• Maintaining discipline
• Recording pupils progress, attainment and achievement
• Providing feedback for parents and carers on pupils progress
• Taking part in extra-curricular activities
• Keeping up to date with changes and development in the curriculum as well as current trends in teaching and learning

Qualification Required & Experience

• A professional teacher with a degree in Ghanaian language Education, GA.

Location: Tema
