1. Officer I, AML/CFT/CPF

Accountabilities and responsibilities

AML/CFT/CPF:

  • Assist with off-site AML/CFT/CPF inspections.
  • Participate in onsite AML/CFT/CPF inspections.
  • Assist in developing AML/CFT/CPF training programs for Anti-Money Laundering Reporting Officers (AMLROs).
  • Take part in the periodic updating of AML/CFT/CPF Guidelines and Administrative Sanctions.
  • Participate in national assessment and mutual evaluation programs.
  • Assist with responding to FIC and GIABA queries.
  • Help compile ML, TF, and PF typologies.
  • Develop a database of PEPs within the Securities.
  • Performs any other duties within the scope and intent of the job as requested by the Commission from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, statistics, computer science, economics, data analysis, data science, or a similar field of study.
  • Professional qualification in data analysis, data science, or ACAMS will be advantageous.
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ post-qualification job experience.

2. Assistant Manager, AML/CFT/CPF

Major Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Take part in off-site AML/CFT/CPF inspections.
  • Assist in the execution of (AML/CFT/CPF) site inspections.
  • Assist in developing AML/CFT/CPF training programs for Anti-Money Laundering Reporting Officers (AMLROs).
  • Participate in the periodic review of (AML/CFT/CPF Guidelines and Administrative Sanctions).
  • Participate in the National Risk Assessment and Mutual Evaluation Programs.
  • Respond to FIC and GIABA queries.
  • Help compile ML, TF, and PF typologies.
  • Develop a database of PEPs within the Securities.
  • Performs any other duties within the scope and intent of the job as requested by the Commission from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, statistics, computer science, economics, data analysis, data science, or a similar field of study.
  • A master’s degree in a relevant discipline, as well as professional certification/training in AML/CFT/CPF, will be advantageous.
  • A minimum of six (6) years of post-qualification work experience in a related job and setting.
