- LOCATION: Accra Central, Head Office & Achimota
- REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: Head, Technical
JOB PURPOSE
To handle all Customer Service activities at the Branch
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing Customer Service
- Handle walk in clients and visitors
- Telephone Services

- Capturing of Micro Insurance cases
- Receipting & Banking
- General Administrative duties
- Generate monthly report
- Claims Administration
- Any other duties that may be assigned

Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of First Degree / HND
- A minimum of one year in a similar position

- Knowledgeable in Microsoft word and excel
