In this role you shall be responsible for the under listed:
- Your main role is to make sure that security guards assigned to you are performing accordingly
- Visit the various clients that we have and do a thorough assessment of their surroundings and advice them on the ways forward.
- You need to make sure all personnel have gone through the company’s policies and procedures and ensure guards are disciplined on the field
- Proper training on their job roles and responsibilities
- Recruiting able, capable and enthusiastic applicants to fill job vacancies
- You are to make sure daily (Day and Night) spot checks and patrols are done and reports submitted.
- Organize Zonal meetings and reporting accordingly
- You are to train your guard force efficiently towards the attainment of the organizational goals
- You are to ensure that all issues are always resolved in a timely manner and reported back to management
- You are to ensure that all new recruits go through proper background check and all information’s sent to the Administrator
- You are required to engage in revenue generation as well thus a minimum of three prospects every week leading to the closure of at least two sales in a month

- Attention to details
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent management skills
- Good time management skills
- Experience in a related relevant position
- HND OR Diploma
