DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute training curriculum to clients/ students as needed of all ages.
- Preparing lesson plans and teaching materials for each class session based on the curriculum.
- Assisting students with academic or behavioral difficulties.
- Providing feedback on student progress to guardians and supervisors.
- Maintaining a safe, clean classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Demonstrating how to use machinery safely.
- Participating in school activities such as parent conferences, open houses, and field trips.
- Researching topics related to agriculture or science education.
- Conducting lessons on topics including animal care, botany, ecology, farm management, food preparation, forestry, horticulture, nature science, soil science, zoology.
- Ensure that the school garden is ready to receive students before every class.
- Check on the gardener to ensure the plants are well cared for.
- Participate in preparing learners for agriculture competitions.
- Lead farm or garden setup projects as a representative of the company.
- Follow up and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assists in the performance of other tasks as required to promote the business.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENT
- Above all things, must be honest and transparent.
- Preferably diploma or degree holder.
- Completed from an accredited institution that is above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis.
- Committed to following procedures and processes to ensure quality without cutting corners.
- Ability to communicate and relate successfully with clients, students, and co-workers
- Ability to listen.
- Ability to communicate in writing and in person, and to build rapport and develop effective relationships with others.
- A positive mental attitude, commitment to customer service, and acting as an ambassador of Green Space.
- Willingness to travel as needed and to work on weekends if necessary.
