Job Description
- Position Type: Full-time, Limited to Young Professionals in Tamale
Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Oversee and manage all Savana Essence social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Regularly update content and respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and respectful interaction.
Content Creation
- Create engaging and relevant content for all social media platforms.
- Utilize tools such as Ai, Canva, and other content creation platforms to design visually appealing and informative posts.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and engage the target audience.
Ads Management
- Design and run effective advertisements on social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.

Customer Relationship Management
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment center to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration with Fulfillment Center
- Work closely with the fulfillment center to manage inventory and coordinate the timely dispatch of products nationwide.
- Track and update order status, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
Marketing and Sales Proficiency
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall business objectives.
Required Skills or Experience
- Proficient in social media management, including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
- Skilled in content creation using tools like Canva.
- Strong knowledge of marketing and sales strategies, with a proven track record.
- Diligent, hardworking, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of carrier oils and the beauty/cosmetic industry is an added advantage.
