Job Description
An exciting job offer exists in Voltic Ghana Limited for a Management Accountant. Voltic (GH) Limited, has been known for the manufacturing of the leading premium water brand in Ghana for over two decades. Currently, Voltic (GH) Limited has expanded its portfolio to cover Value-Added Dairies.
This role reports to the Finance Manager, CO in the Finance Function. The job incumbent will be driving managerial planning and the commercial decision-making agenda of the business by providing appropriate financial analysis and insight.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for bill of materials, variable cost budgets, costing, inventory management, monitoring and closing of jobs, pricing updates and management reporting.
- Preparing cost-benefit analysis, variance analysis and commentaries.
- Interpreting and communicating financial data with insights to non-financial managers.
- Providing a support service to all departments and the management team to enhance commercial and financial decision-making endeavours.
- Generating options and advising on the financial implications and consequences of business decisions
- Informing key strategic decisions and formulating business strategies to sustain and improve the company’s competitive advantage.
- Working closely with the CFM on budgeting and budgetary control initiatives.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the CFM

Skills, Experience & Education
- First degree in accounting from a recognized university plus a full professional accountancy qualification such as CIMA, CA (Ghana) or ACCA.
- Minimum of three years relevant experience from a similar position.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Team player, conscientious, meticulous, multitasking with positive attitude.
- Embracing and managing change
- Planning and organizing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Brilliant communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of SAP ERP
