Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Marketing Officer will contribute to the implementation of the group’s marketing strategies. He/she will support the Marketing Manager in overseeing the department’s operations; by organizing and managing marketing campaigns, and developing and executing communication concepts to raise brand awareness.

- Communicate with business units and clients to understand the marketing needs and objectives
- Research and analyze data to identify and define audiences.
- Manage and develop marketing campaigns.
- Conduct promotional activities with the sales department
- Oversee campaigns on social media.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Report on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms.
- Commission and plan market research to understand the market and explore new market opportunities for services and products
- Support business growth and development by implementing marketing policies and programs across all departments
- Undertake other administrative tasks in the department

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Knowledge of and adherence to all TAGG’s OHS&E procedures
- Follow all safe work procedures, rules, and instructions
- Risk Assessment
- Hazard identification and reporting
Required Skills or Experience
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline Minimum two (2) years of work experience in a marketing role
- Graphic design skills are an added advantage

- An understanding of the marketing mix
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Possess a creative and analytical mindset
- Solid knowledge of market research techniques.
