Position: Shop Supervisor

Key responsibilities also include
  • Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop
  • Manage and train staff, including waiters/waitresses and kitchen staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communications and customer service skills.
  • Basic financial management (budgeting, cash handling and reporting).
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and health codes.
  • Organized, proactive and able to work under pressure.
  • Food safety certification is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent ( A degree in hospitality or business management is a plus )
Compensation
  • 800 Gh cedis during the probation period of 3 months
  • 1000 Gh cedis after probation
  • Accommodation depending on where the applicant is coming from
