Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the roadworthiness of the fleet of vehicles for the company
- Plan, implement and control the scheduling of vehicles for assignments, maintenance and repairs
- Ensure that there is optimum match up between drivers and routes to facilitate time effective deliveries
- Liaise between the company and vehicle services providers
- Manage vehicle maintenance programme and workshop to ensure that the optimum numbers of vehicles are available to meet demand, including stock control of parts in the workshop
- Maintain full records of all vehicles from acquisition, during use and decommissioning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Ensure that vehicle operating costs are within budget
- Develop, maintain and implement duty rosters for drivers

Qualification Required & Experience
- A minimum of HND in Transport Management or related field with at 5 years experience in managing a large fleet
- Must possess a valid driving license (D1,D2,D3).

Skills / Competencies
- Good knowledge of motor traffic regulations in Ghana
- Keen eye for detail
- Team leadership and supervisory skills
- Flexible attitude to working arrangements
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
