Ernest Chemist Limited now seeks a hands-on Medical Representative to be based in its Kumasi Offices, overseeing the day-to-day operations in Kumasi.

Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals
Grow portfolio through the development of new leads and new contacts
Manage the existing customer base through regular visits.
Prospect for new customers within the assigned territory and sell company products to them.
Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow up

Research and Identify opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
Preparing and submitting periodic (weekly, monthly and quarterly) marketing /sales reports.
Grow market share of products assigned through scouting for new and maintaining existing clients
Conduct monthly/ quarterly reviews of marketing/sales strategies.
Manage the existing customer base through regular visits and prospect for new customers within the assigned territory.
Ensure in-store visibility of the company’s products through the provision of regular and relevant information on products, prices and promotions.
Participate in the organization of trade shows, exhibitions and promotional activities to increase the marketing and sale of products.
Any duty that may be assigned from time to time

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, applied science, pharmacist or any other related field.
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Medical Representative.
