Responsibilities
- This position is mainly an assistant role to the Accounting and Finance Department. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams processing payments, updating financial records, managing invoices budgets and the overall financial statements.
- Entry of financial data into Complete Farmer Limited’s accounting software and ensuring proper bookkeeping

- Assist in the preparation of financials
- Creating, sending, and following up on invoices
- Collecting and reviewing data for reports
- Reviewing and performing audits on financial statements and reports
- Reporting discrepancies
- Preparing payments for employees
- Suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs
- Filing and payment of statutory obligations

Qualifications
- First Degree in BSc with a minimum of Second Class Upper
- Have some work/ internship experience in a finance/accounts role
Preferred skills
- Be skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Have effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
