In this role, you will collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g.. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR management. preferably within the OMC industry or a related field
